Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is a neutralising system designed to reduce up to 98% of the odour emanating from the extracted odour from the premises. Esp enables smokeless emission at street level, lowers cooking odour, reduces grease build-up in the duct and minimises smoke pollution in the air.

Our worktops are manufactured from catering grade 304 austenitic silicone finish brushed stainless steel. The worktops are most commonly backed with a moisture resistant MDF to give added support and easy fixing to the base cupboards. With the latest in welding technology we have the ability of integrating most types of undermount bowls including some with drainers.
Our stainless steel tables are built with high-quality, heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel for a lifetime of service. Other tables not manufactured by VSG are most often constructed of lighter 18 or 20 gauge steel which does not stand up to heavier weight without deformation. Our table seams are fully welded for additional strength vs. spot welds typically used. 4 rotil feet that provide ground balance.
Sink units are complete with a 50mm upstand and a tile return on wall standing units. The legs are inset 100mm to the rear for any pipework or services. Our units are also mounted on adjustable feet for easy levelling on site. The tops include 30mm diameter tap holes to fit most popular single and mixer taps. Specials are available on request.
